Overview Model 130X is an inexpensive, one piece, easy to install 0-5V toggle throttle. It is compact in size and provides a reliable, accurate, and easy to read 0-5V output for motor speed controller and other 0-5V electric signal analyzer.  The Hall effect 130X electric throttle provides an analog 0-5V output proportional to throttle position, working with electric vehicle (electric cart, scooter & ATV) motor speed controllers. It is also widely used as a 0-5V voltage source for different applications, for example motor test, pump drive motor speed control and electric valve control.
