Description:

The ZUPPER YQK series hydraulic crimping tool is an efficient tool for crimping lugs, terminals, or conductors on a cable (for more technical details, please see the datasheets of YQK-70 & YQK-120 and YQK-240).

The crimper model YQK-70 is designed for crimping copper and aluminum lugs of a wide range of sizes, to suit for different connection requirements. A set of hexagan crimping shape die ( 4-70 mm²) is included in the tool kit.

Caution: mounting and (or) disassembling the tool should be performed only by a trained professional.

Applications:

• Select the appropriate die set.
• Insert the upper crimping die and the down crimping die to match the die holder when both die halves are in place.
• Make sure both dies halves are secured beforing operating the tool.
• Fully insert the cable into the barrel of the connector.
• Place the connector between the dies, Pump the handle until reach to the maximum pressure, then spin the screw to release the pressure manually.
• The piston will retract, take out the connector, the tool is ready for its next cycle.
