This item is a full carbon brush set for 48V / 5.3 kW DC SepEx motor XQ-5.3, with shell (motor rear cover).

An assemblage is composed by 4 carbon brushes, 4 springs, 1 holder (frame), one bearing, 2 bolt-fix studs and 1 cover.

Specifications:

• Motor model: XQ-5.3
• Full set of brushes, springs, Holder (frame)
• Could be supplied separately or in assemblage form
• Electric vehicle part for Eagle, Star, Zone, Evergreen, Cruise, etc.

Caution: the motor speed sensor is not included in the carbon brush assemblage. You may use the old speed sensor of your motor with the new carbon brush assemblage. For buying a new speed sensor, please click here.

Installation: you my push out a little bit the carbon brush and clamp the carbon brush with the spring, as shown in the following photos.

DC SepEx motor XQ-5.3 uses actually the same carbon brush and spring of DC SepEx motor XQ-3.8. The compatible carbon brush models include H100, MD288 and JK260. Currently, JK260 is the carbon brush model used by motor manufacturer.
