The QCC26C-100A/10B rated 54V DC working voltage and 100A working current, is typically used in circumstances requiring reliable and safe switching of high currents in a DC system with a nominal voltage of 48V. It ensures operation remains below the critical 60V DC safety threshold, particularly during charging process.

54V DC contactors are also used in specialized applications with custom-designed 54V DC power sources, such as telecommunications stations, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and electric power conservation systems, etc.

Overview

The QCC26C-100A/10B DC contactors are SPST (Single Pole Single Throw; normally open type) DC power breaking devices, designed for direct current loads, particularly for motors on small electric vehicles such as light industrial trucks, electric forklift, electric pallet stacker, golf cart, etc. QCC26C-100A/10B have main contacts with silver alloy contact tips, which are weld resistant, hard wearing and have excellent conductivity.

QCC26C-100A/10B DC contactors can also be used in different DC power systems, DC power source ON / OFF switch, DC motor driving, telecommunication system, etc.
