Installation of the new controller:

• Switch off the power supply.
• Disconnect and remove the old controller. Be sure to note the position and color of every wire; photographs are recommended for reference.
• Install the new controller. Apply thermally conductive silicone if necessary for heat dissipation.
• Reconnect all wiring to the new controller, strictly adhering to the original configuration. Particular care must be taken to ensure the polarity of power connections (positive/negative) and the accuracy of signal connections. Before applying power, thoroughly verify the tightness and correctness of all terminations.
• With all connections confirmed secure, carefully restore power. Check the controller for any unusual operation, sounds, or smells.
• Perform a functional test of the equipment's motor controls in a safe, controlled environment, ensuring all functions operate as intended.

Operation instructions:

• Check: before starting, carefully examine all parts of the motor control unit. Ensure the control handle (joystick) is in the neutral position.
• Power On: activate the main power switch of the scissor lift.
• Operate: use the designated controls (e.g., joystick, buttons) to command motor functions, such as driving, lifting, lowering, and extending, which are then translated into action by the controller. For smooth operation, avoid sudden movements when using the controls to prevent undue stress on the motor and controller.
• Observe: be alert to any unusual sounds, vibrations, or performance irregularities during operation.
• Daily maintenance: it is necessary to keep the controller free from dust, dirt, and moisture. Inspect the controller periodically for signs of physical damage, corrosion, or loose connections; also check the wiring for fraying or damaged insulation.
