Description:

Installed on the aluminum die-casted bottom plate, with an excellent design of non-lubricated contact between metal rail and plastic roller, secured by dual stainless steel return springs, the COMESYS foot pedal throttle model FZ3-132-133 sends 0 - 5 VDC voltage throttle signal to CURTIS motor speed controllers, for driving the traction motors of electric material handling vehicles like forklift and electric truck.

Specifications:

• Speed signal range: 0 - 5 VDC, working with CURTIS controllers
• Product life : 10,000,000 cycles ( full travel sycle)
• Cable length: ≥ 700 mm
• Seal integrity : IP67
• Mating connector & installation kit are included
• ESD : tested in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2
• EMS : as per ISO 11452-2 (2004E)

Application:

Mainly designed for working with CURTIS controllers, COMESYS foot pedal throttle FZ3-132-133 is ideal for both indoor and outdoor material handling electric vehicles such as forklift, electric truck, golf cart, pallet stacker and tow tractor. The typical applications include:

• LONKING (LONGGONG) forklift
• BAOLI forklift
• Hyundai forklift
• In service market, throttle FZ3-132-133 is often used as the replacement of FZ3-532-133
